Monitored Alarms offer our clients the peace of mind of having a Physical Security Presence to provide regular site checks, response to reported alarm conditions and guarding services requiring from 1 to 101 personnel.
Every site is different, and therefore the security risk and manpower requirements will need to be balanced with a mix of existing and potentially new electronic infrastructure.
Alarm Response
What happens if you are un-contactable and your alarm system is activated or a Security Breach is discovered at your site?
Monitored Alarms will arrange for a Patrol Vehicle to attend your premises and provide an Alarm Response Service to attend to the alarm situation. Every client has different requirements and so Monitored Alarms can provide an Internal Inspection if keys and an alarm code have been supplied, or a simple external inspection will be done. On all occasions an attendance slip will be left onsite for your information.
Mobile Patrols
 Mobile Patrol Officers are assigned to dedicated areas of operation and are responsible for completing specific property checks for each client within their allocated zone. Monitored Alarms will tailor a specific plan for your site which may include a comprehensive internal inspection of a building through to a simple external site inspection which may simply include checking that boundary fencing and gates are secure.
Patrol Officers are often on site prior to the arrival of Police or other Emergency Services and are often able to provide valuable first hand information in the event of criminal activity, fire, vandalism or other damage.
Monitored Alarms Patrol Services utilize electronic site tracking technology which records each and every attendance by the Patrol Service. Electronic "buttons" are located throughout your premises and when the patrol officer passes that area an electronic "wand" records the exact date and time the area was patrolled. This is a value added service that gives our clients peace of mind when using Monitored Alarms as a report can be generated periodically. Please contact us for more information on this service.
Static Guards
Monitored Alarms is able to provide uniformed, Police Licensed Static Security Officers for your site, weather it be as a once off or a regular arrangement. Static Guards will be matched to your requirements to cater for your individual needs and application.
